Our Home Inspectors Must:

  • Be quick and able to think on their toes

  • Have a quiet workspace from their home with their own laptop and cell phone
  • Have a reliable vehicle AND valid driver’s license
  • Have proof of validity to work in the U.S.
  • Work hours that are between full-time and part-time, around 30 hours

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb a ladder, stairs, and mount roofs without balance concerns
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs over head
  • Endure long hours of standing, climbing stairs, crawling in crawlspaces and attics, and driving
  • Have natural or corrected vision that is 20/20
  • Hearing ability adequate to detect malfunctions in a house
  • Ability to be in places with allergens such as pets, mold, fragrances, plants, etc.
  • Must maintain physical condition and weight that does not create a safety hazard by exceeding weight limits of ladders or prevent access to most confined spaces in a house

*This position will consist of traveling anywhere in Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside counties) and in your personally owned vehicle. It is your responsibility to properly maintain your vehicle so that it is always in reliable working condition. Some work may take place on weekends, early hours, and into the evening. General computer and technology knowledge is preferred.

Our Operations Coordinator Must:

  • Be well-spoken on the phone with a positive attitude
  • Produce grammatically correct communications
  • Be computer literate and able to learn databases quickly
  • Motivated and capable to up-sell on incoming calls
  • Be organized, detail oriented, and efficient
  • Have the ability to multi-task and navigate multiple programs at once
  • Be self-disciplined to work at your own home with your own phone, laptop, and quiet dedicated space to work

Duties:

  • Focusing on acquisition and retention
  • Generate leads and drive sales
  • Ability to educate about our services and sell them
  • Become an advocate for the company on social media
  • Outbound calling, marketing strategies for retention, in-person meetings, and office presentations
  • Email/text/phone communication
  • Keep up to date on new opportunities, competition, and industry trends
  • Generate and implement a successful plan for marketing “touches”

Plus’s:

  • Digital marketing knowledge/experience
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Brand marketing experience
  • Energetic and goal oriented
  • Keep up with ever-changing real estate trends
